CHALLENGE
The biggest problem of the project was that the initial layout needed to consider the desirable areas for the client: laundry room, guest bathroom, hallway, and others. So at OSONNIA, we were looking for radical solutions.
HOW WE RETHOUGHT THE SPACE
• We studied the daily routes and habits of the apartment's residents;
• Based on this and objective factors, such as the view outside the window, natural light, etc;
• Optimized the existing layout, creating a more convenient scheme. We expanded the bedroom, wardrobe, and bathroom areas, made the hallway larger, and accommodated a small laundry room and a guest bathroom without losing space in the main rooms. This made it possible to place additional zones while preserving the living area.

DIDO, a good spirit that protects and maintains domestic harmony, protects the peace of the house's inhabitants. These are collectible art sculptures by MAKHNO Product, made, decorated, and hand-painted by hereditary ceramic masters. Several DIDOs live in this house, the largest one is up to a meter high.
