We love Multiplex not only because of the movies. The cinema in Chernihiv shows how to combine color, shape and light in the interior in a smart way. We moved away from the traditional rectangular “box” in the space and created a continuation based on the design of the Multiplex chain.

An alien space emerged from whimsical lines, angles and shapes. Light portals on the ceiling hid communications, freeing the space from unnecessary details

We chose basic grey as a background for bold colours. Green and purple complemented each other in the hall. Compositions of contrasts are always interesting to watch. Sunny orange filled the lounge area.

MULTIPLEX CHERNIHIV

We chose basic gray as a background for bold colors. Green and purple complemented each other in the hall. Compositions of contrasts are always interesting to watch. Sunny orange filled the lounge area.
If movies save you from lonely evenings at home, then orange is a color that saves you from depression and bad mood. The soft velvet-covered armchairs and sofas make you dissolve like sugar in tea. The shape and materials of the furniture continue the alien concept.
Another “yes” to them is the Ukrainian manufacturer. The laconic dressing room resembles a basketball team’s locker room, where light is the main player.

“IT DOESN’T LOOK SPECIAL, BUT IT GIVES YOU THE FEELING THAT YOU ARE IN ANOTHER DIMENSION,” says Sergey Makhno.
