PROLOGUE
Levada – where the desert’s heat yields to comfort, creating an oasis ecosystem designed for living. Every necessity awaits within arm’s reach.
THE DESERT CHALLENGE
The desert climate of the UAE means that when outdoor temperatures reach 50°, the desire to go outside almost disappears.
The Levada residential complex is an ecosystem where residents encounter contemporary architecture, art, and nature. It features four separate towers with premium modern apartments. A park area with a large swimming pool on the entire second floor provides space for relaxation and refreshing walks. Two private pools connect the towers on the sixth floor. The nearly wall-free layout preserves open views from all sides. Levada is abundant in light, living plants, water, and space.
The complex's ground floor must remain publicly accessible according to local regulations. Here you will find the reception, a large artificial stone lake, shops, cafés, restaurants, and other establishments.
The true Levada experience for residents begins on the second floor—a vast space with a swimming pool, a bridge across water, a dedicated restaurant, palm canopies, sunbathing circles, and cozy shaded areas.
Each of the four towers has its own reception. Residents of upper-floor apartments enjoy two private pools that penetrate the towers on the sixth floor, along with individual lounge zones offering sunset views over the sea.
Glass instead of load-bearing walls helps to keep Levada's spaces open, micro-fiber concrete enables complex design forms, while travertine helps regulate temperature, maintaining coolness. Wood, stone, and metal combine in the design to emphasize the harmony between traditional and contemporary.

Levada is a project where functionality and art exist in perfect balance. Custom lighting fixtures, decorative elements, and sculptures produced by Makhno Studio create a unique atmosphere of tranquility.
Through zoning separation, residents enjoy complete safety and peace. Every apartment, recreational area, and terrace in the Levada complex has its own character and energy.
