The client wanted non-standard solutions and views. He wanted a house that would not leave indifferent emotions. At the same time, the house should be comfortable and functional for the whole family.

The LAKE House concept balances boldness and comfort. The building exudes a sense of family warmth and comfort through the choice of warm colours and textures, while conveying the essence of a futuristic time capsule that leaves visitors in awe.
The plan of a Lake House is designed to create a maximum open space concept that includes plenty of room and open areas. The Lake House plan typically features large windows, sliding glass doors, and open floor plans that allow natural light to flow into the house.
LAKE House is an interesting example of modern deconstructivist architecture, defined by complex shapes, unusual compositional solutions and experiments with materials.
When you look at our house from above, it might look like it's made up of round satellites. However, these are actually lounge and barbecue areas where families can comfortably gather around the fire after a delicious dinner.

The main building consists of three unique blocks characterised by different shapes and sizes, which gives the structure a special dynamism and unusualness.

The atmosphere is further enhanced by KHMARA lamps that can be seen through the windows on the second floor. These lamps transform the ceiling into a clear night sky, without the risks associated with bad weather.
