HARBOUR HILLS ANDRATX is a hotel-type house in one of the most picturesque corners of Mallorca. A house that combines the local light mood with thoughtful functionalism, and amazing solutions with extraordinary comfort.
CHALLENGE
This is where the garage, reception and cloakroom are located. From the first seconds of getting acquainted with the house, we see its peculiarity: a lot of green corners, plants, wood and stone - a characteristic feature of Mallorca architecture, which we scaled and played up in the MAKHNO style.
This is still the underground part of the house, surrounded by a pit. Here we can see guest rooms, as well as common areas: a cinema, gym, sauna, wine room, laundry room, etc.
Here we see common open spaces for meetings and recreation. Two sunlit tiers with access to a large swimming pool.
This level houses guest rooms with a view of the coast. Minimalism and quiet luxury in the design are complemented by natural materials, primarily stone and wood.
